Once
a full-time staff member, now a full-time associate, RT handles all
of Stepstone's graphic design, multimedia, DVD and website productions.
Tihomir, "RT" Radanovic has been with Stepstone for years. He originally
joined the crew in 1995, working as a lighting director and assistant
producer. In the following years, his responsibilities spread all
over the production field. He shot, directed and produced several
shows, some of which are a music video "One Heart At a Time" made
for the Pope John Paul II, and Stepstone's promotional video "Creating
stories of Hope", which also earned him a national "Telly" award.
Right from the start, RT also branched off into postproduction arena.
He started Stepstone's Computer Graphic department, designing covers
for video packaging, advertisements, and flyers. With completion of
his graduate studies in multimedia production, RT left Stepstone to
form his own multimedia production company, Roadhat.
Today, Roadhat is located within the offices of Stepstone, which allows
them both a close working relationship and on-time, quality productions.
