Gary "Anthony" Hardiman joined the Stepstone Institute in October 2001.

While with the institute, Gary also worked as an advisor in the audio/visual ministry in his church as an associate minister . As a result of his outstanding achievement as an intern, he become a full-time editor in September 2002. Gary's goal is to have his own video production company that will spread the Good News of God.
