With more than 20 years experience in both commercial and not-for-profit sales and marketing, Debbie brings invaluable expertise to Stepstone Productions. Her fund-raising abilities and skills have served dozens of worthwhile not-for-profit organizations. Her efforts have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars for these groups in the last decade.

Among the organizations who have benefited from Debbie's fund-raising talents are SIDS Resources, the National SIDS Alliance, the YMCA, and Vincent Gray Alternative High School. She has also aided in soliciting help for the Illinois Center for Autism, Kingdom House, Interfaith Housing, Scottish Rite Clinic, the Special School District of St. Louis County, and the Archbishop May Community Service Awards.

Debbie is a native St. Louisan who understands the needs of her community. She served as the Chairperson of the Board for SIDS Resources, Inc. and is a past recipient of the SIDS Volunteer of the Year Award. Debbie also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Community Service Public Relations Council. She has been a dedicated volunteer for ALS, the St. Louis Society for Children and Adults with Physical Disabilities and the Family Resource Center. Debbie also serves on the board of the Special Education Foundation as well as the Friendsof Guardian Angel Settlement Association and the Friends of Saint John's Mercy Medical Center.
