Dave directs the operations of Stepstone Productions as the President & Chief Executive Officer, bringing over twenty years of successful business management experience to the organization.He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in business related fields, a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration. Dave lectures at the university level on topics relating to business operations, marketing, and financial management.

Dave offers a considerable amount of time to charitable endeavors by serving on numerous boards and commissions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Daughters of Saint Paul, a congregation of women religious who operate the Pauline Book and Media Centers throughout the world. Dave is Chairman of the Board of Father Dempsey's Charities, owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, a residential program for the poor that also operates a daily soup kitchen. In addition, he serves on the Board of Governors for Saint Alexius Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. Dave also serves on the National Advisory Council for the United States Catholic Conference of Bishops in Washington, D.C.

In addition to serving as President & Chief Executive Officer, Dave serves on the Board of Directors of Stepstone Productions Incorporated and also is a member of the Board of The Stepstone Institute.
