Christopher Martin

Christopher Martin lives in St. Louis, MO and is interested in becoming a videographer, grip or an editor. He joined the Stepstone Institute to enhance his knowledge in the field of video production. Chris enjoys the hands on training the institute provides and wants to put the experience to use when he heads to California.

Terrell Lamar Evans

Terrell graduated from Beaumont High School in 2002 where he was the anchorman for channel 12, the St. Louis Public School’s News Channel. While there, he also helped broadcast the radio show for the school. Today, Terrell helps run an entertainment company called Allstar inc. He is interested in becoming a producer while training at Stepstone Productions.

While at Stepstone, Terrell has already co-produced several successful shows. He has also produced his first program for a St. Louis based organization, Covenant House.

Since 2002, Terrell has been elected to the board member at Stepstone Productions, Inc. where he represents the Stepstone Institute’s interns.
Terrell is the youngest to enter the program ever. His goals are to learn all aspects of video and radio production and be able to make a difference in people’s young lives.

Charles Staples

Born in St. Louis, Charles Staples started his training in the field of Recording Engineering at a professional studio right outside of Washington, D.C. He uses his audio training to aid in mixing, recording audio for video, and operating the mixer for live shoots in St. Charles for bi-weekly St. Charles County Council Board meetings. Charles is interested in Videography and Video Editing and plans to pursue both as well as further his audio training. As a grip for Stepstone, Charles has demonstrated great interest and ability, and is adept to learning new techniques. He has a passion for video and audio and all the technical aspects involved in Video Production.
